What is it?
Simply put it is an automated program that contacts your leads at different time intervals with pre-written letters you create.

What makes it unique?
Unlike other email marketing programs like Constant Contact(TM), our program sends out emails on an individual basis without interaction from you once your account is setup. The ASA isn't designed to hold tons of graphics, it is designed to look like a personal email sent by your company.

How does it work?
Upon the your account creation you will write five letters that you would normally send out for follow up. You simply don't need to do anything else. Once a lead is entered the Automated Sales Assistant takes over. It will email your clients over different periods with the letters you have written. All emails will appear to have come from you, and will only have your company information in them, as well as a removal link to prevent complaints for spamming.

When does it send email?
The Automated Sales Assistant (ASA) will send out five emails over the life of the lead. The first email goes out one day after the lead has been entered, then 3 days later, then 5 days, then 2 weeks later, and then it will send your 5th letter every thirty days to keep in contact with your client. You can change any letter at any time in order to keep your contacts fresh as well as promote any specials you may have.

Is this Considered Spam?
No, these will be leads that you have either had contact with or they have signed up on your site. It is the same basic email policy used by other marketing email companies.

Position Alerts: These reports will show you when you have had an increase or decrease in ranking positions. This lets you know early if you need to change some code or key words on your site before your pages are completely dropped by the engines.

Broken Link Checking (monthly): Our program will spider your site and crawl every link you have to ensure that all your content can be found and that when people visit your site they are able to get to all your content. Don't be dropped by the search engines because you have broken links that you didn't even know you had! This tool tells you the exact page and link that is broken.
